13/01/26 Our services were unavailable today from 11:44 thru 14:10 this was due to a piece of hardware involved with our internet connectivity failing in situ. A physical re-boot was required but we had no one on site at the time. No e-mail was lost due to this only delayed. We are now working on an automatic system to monitor this unit and re-boot without intervention in the event that it might happen again in the future. 16:34
